I am planning on making a princess castle cake for my daughters birthday, but need to know once the sponge cake (which will be filled with jam and buttercream) stay fresh if i cover it in fondant icing as soon as it is cooled?....Basically I need to know how long I have got to decorate the cake...

I really want a trek road bike but there's 2 I'm loOking at and I'm unsure which to choose. There's the trek 1.2 triPle or the trek pilot 2.0. They're 599 and 549 respectively. Thing is the pilot is worth 850 and the 1.2 600. Pilot has better gear on it but I really like the look of the 1.2...
