Do cars get some kind of damage from just sitting in the parking lot etc in the sun (no shade)? I cant stand parking my black car in the sun because i think its getting hurt or something just roasting there lol

The tint job on my 2003 Honda Accord EX is kinda jacked up. So im wondering, is it possible for someone to remove the old tint, and put a new darker one in all the windows? About how much will this cost me? Thanks, :)
