I have a Sony Ericsson w980 and I am trying to install a Chinese language pack or something so that the phone will display Chinese ! All It shows now are little square boxes - any help is greatly appreciated !! Thanks

I have a SE W980 clamshell walkman but I can't hear people very well when they call me.The earpiece seems to be very muffled.I have turned the volume up to the last and while it is louder it's still very muffled. Anyone have any experience with these phones ?Suggestions ? Thanks.
