lights/dash/radio comes on at half turn but it wont even try to start, it just makes a buzzing noise... a couple indicator lights stay on in the dash but i dont believe them (oil pressure and engine diagnostics light), i really dont think the oil pressure is a problem... its a loud buzzing noise...
