    bicycle crunches? am i doing them right?

    i can 100 quite easily, so i dunno if im doing them right.. both legs suspended in air like 20-30 cm off ground? with shoulds off the ground and hands behind head, twist body so right knee goes to left arm,and left knee goes to right arm? the basic action is just moving the legs, and twisting...
