I am having an awful time trying to figure it out and google hasn't been any help.

So I read somewhere that sometime in January that Verizon will no longer require a data package plan for smart phones. Is this true?

So I add the phone to my cart and then what? It doesn't have anywhere to confirm that its the phone I want.
