I have a phoenix style palm tree, im in mesa and wondering if there are any companies that will buy my palms, from what I've seen online no one wants the phoenix palms

I bought a used one off a guy last night, he said that it really is fords 70mm throttle body. but the inside diameter only measured 68.5 mm and my 03 mustang gt has the same size. I don't know if mine is stock or not. I read that the stock ones are only 65mm. So do I have stock or is that fords...
