    the older iphones like the 3g had a slower processor in them... the Iphone 4 has the new processor and runs very smootly... I recommend you wait til october... apple will launch the new iphone 5

    nope that phone is locked FOREVER.. unless the original owner calls and has it removed off the stolen list
