Okay, my neon tetra was fine this morning. when I came home from school, his fins turned white and were in little ragged wispies. What does he have and how do I cure it? P.S I changed the water yesterday and my fish got water shock ( i think). But it was weird because only my neon tetras died...

I currently have a ten gallon tank with 1 african dwarf frog and 4 neon tetras. Im planning to add a cory cat and possibly another ADF. With adult sizes would this tank be considered over crowded? Feed back on compatibility combinations appreciated too. Thanx. Also were do I get a bristlenose pleco?
