    My betta fish is floating at the surface of my tank is he going to die?

    I just got my betta fish yesterday and he is not eating, or swimming. If I tap the tank or stir the water a little he moves but barely. I did everything the pet store told me to do with transferring him into his tank so I don't know whats wrong. Please Help!
