everyone says the blackberry is a good "work" phone. and top accounting and banking firms all give them out to their employees what does blackberry have that another phone like the iphone doesnt that makes it so much better for work?

so when Yahoo! was rumored to be bought by microsoft, its stock increased. how come Palm's stock is not increasing now that it is looking for buyers? and what does it mean for Palm stock if it is bought out by another company? do they become worthless?
