I mean, does one website like cnn.com simply rewrite a story from another news website like bbcnews and in turn they are copied/ rewritten in an article by foxnews etc?

drudgereport.com ? I mean, sure if they click on the headline link posted by Matt Drudge then it sends them to the actual news story and its advertisements so the news sites get some $.
But wouldn't they rather the reader just go to their website in the first place to get the news first...
Have on the News Industry? I mean, with all these aggregation sites popping up that can just write headlines and link them to articles in other news websites, won't that drop the revenues of those other news websites causing there to be less and less sources for actual news?
