What is such a problem with reduce Toyota’s speed, when acceleration pedal is stuck? Is shifting transmission to neutral position and braking not solving a problem? I know it don’t solve Toyota’s mechanical problem, but it can save danger situations, I think. Am I wrong? If yes, please correct me.

I already removed bottom side of steering wheel cover and I don’t know what next. Do I need to take off steering wheel? If yes, how to do it? Thanks for any advise.
