There are bugs eating the leaves of my bell pepper plant, my jalapeno plant, my sage, & tomato plants….how do I get rid of them without using heavy insecticide? I wanted to try all natural pesticides, like beer for slugs and snails, I planted marigolds among the veggies, and sprayed the leaves...
I would like suggestions on what vegetable plants will do well in the shade. Where I live gets extremely hot in the summer (100+degrees). I have a tilled up bed in the backyard that is mostly shaded all day. Ive planted some lettuce, swiss chard and onion there already. What else?
