Which is the better choice?

I wanna get a tune as i hear it would be good for the cars mpg and others things. Just not sure what all a tune really is. I know the spark plugs are change.

I'm planning on buying a 2010 Toyota Camry. Does anyone own these cars. I just want to know some more about them, how reliable they are and good they are for the people that own them. thanks!
