...exercise.....? in a trained vs. an untrained person?

...years old? I'm doing a marketing research project for my children's wear clothing line and want to send the costume designers of the set a few samples. My 5 year old only watches cartoons and make believe characters so it doesn't help and I don't watch that much TV. What's out there??
