i have 18 day old puppies but today i notice some of them were licking,sticking out there tonge,and just making noise like if they have something in there mouth.

every time i downshift into 2nd gear it wont go in unless i push it up then pull it in hard. it goes into 2nd from 1st fine just when you downshift it happens. does anyone know why???
