    What can i do to fix my honda fast to past emissions?

    been parked for a year and wen i started to run it the check engine light came on so i took it to get new inspection but it failed emissions so i put all new parts in it such as a new egr valve and gasket, new head gasket, new downstream o2 sensor and upstream. and the check engine light still...

    if car fails inspection and passes limited days required to be fixed can car be

    taken to different garage? my car failed emission and i was givin 30 days to fix it for a free re-inspection, and times almost up so can i take it to a different garage to be inspected after the time expires?
