    Problem with Sony USB/Flash drive?

    Recently, I have purchased 80GB Sony USB, I want to convert it from exFAT-to-NTFS/FAT32. And, files once copied in it like Real Video, could be played but not WMV (MP4) files. Why? & how to solve this issue?
