I have not been awarded any financial aid because I needed to complete an income verification form. I have submitted my Intent to Register and just want some idea of what I'm dealing with. I know it varies on income and I'm on the lower end of the spectrum.

Ok, so the starter motor turns over and i can hear the cylinders pumping but i cant get it to start. The battery is dead so i'm using jump leads from a spare car battery. I have checked the spark plug and it looks fine (and i have switched it with a known working one), but no spark is created...
