...actual hours worked? I thought they bill for every thing that they do -- e.g., phone calls, time at the copying machine, etc. So if someone has 2000 billable hours a year, then why would their actual work hours be more?
I feel like if they did, there would be 2 major benefits:
1) There would be less of a stigma / shame for the those of us who need medical assistance to conceive, and
2) It would send a message to young women that no, you do NOT have all the time in the world to get pregnant -- these...
