You pay depends on your rank. You have to stay in the barracks unless you are married, then you can get housing. Or if you are like sgt and above you can get housing if your now married.

I dont think 15 will do anything. I think all the branches require at least 20 credits or even 1 or more years of school to even get an advancement in rank
you enlist with the guarantee of attending OCS.. so if you fail or are disqualified then yes you will have to finish the remainder of your enlistment term
I think that really depends on the job you do. Whatever job you have determines your time. if your with a non deployable unit, then you have more time of course. But you still have training in your company that can cause you to be gone for a few days or few weeks.
