ok so i have VERY big pain in my tooth and i took a painkiller, it didnt work though coz i only took 1 and i had to take two, so is it alright to take another dose (2 pills) eventhough the 4 hours before i can take another dose has passed, its been about 2 hours PLEASE HELP
