    My puppy keeps biting me and whining!?

    My cute little Pomeranian puppy looks so innocent, but sometimes he gets soo aggressive and starts biting me like crazy. I know he's teething, but is there any way to stop him from biting my fingers? I've tried everything, saying NO!, replacing with a toy, smacking his nose, ignoring him, etc...
