I had an argument with someone and they think I am wrong. But I have the 2GB of internet for my iPhone 4G & they say if you get on YouTube (even with wifi on & Internet off AT&T still charges you. That's not right, right? If you are running off wifi it shouldn't charge you.

My iPhone 4 won't let me send pictures when I am on the phone, but I can get on Safari, Facebook.. Etc. Why is this?
