Try updating your service by dialing *228 send option 2, or take your phone in to makre sure your phone has the most up to date software. Even you have a prepaid your still a customer and they should be able to troubleshoot with you.

I have the envy touch its awsome camera is amazing battery life is good has all the tools then some...but its not a typical flip phone if you want a good flip phone that still has a keypad you might consider the samsung alias 2!

It depend if on your blackberry you need corporate email if you dont then the droid by motorola is AWESOME it has so many free apps and does thing I didn't even know a phone could do... but if you do need Corporate email then the Storm 2 is the best way to go especially with the software...

Yes Verizon and Att plans mirror each other they also charge 29.99 for the data but Verizon has a better network. I had att and I had so many dropped calls and there customer service is unprofessional.. :)
