When I had my iPhone, I had an app called citymaps2go where I could download maps for various cities that I could use offline when I was abroad. Can anyone recommend any such apps for Android phones?

But mostly animation. It seems that cartoons and anime have so many moronic characters, one could make a book. No comedy show is without one. Are Dummies really the highlight of comedy? What is their charm? What do you think of them? This counts for any form or stupidity within them.
