Ok are plymouth neon and dodge neon parts like lights and body kits exactly the same? li ke if i buy dodge neon euro style lights will they fit my plymouth neon? same for the body kit

when im in park, in neutral and drive the jeep makes this grinding/whirring noise towards the front of the jeep it sounds likes its next to the tranny. it still drives and shift but it makes the noise what could it be.
