have a samsung phone that still has 5 months left on its o2 contract(its a 18 month contract) but i really want the new iphone 4 could i upgrade my contract to the iphone even though i still have 5 months left? thanks

On ebay there is red dead redemption for cheap but its from hong kong will it work on my playstation 3 from england or will it not allow me to play also will the game be in english or in chinese and subtitled? also will the game case be in english incase i decide to trade it in? Thanks
