    i have a tmobile account without data plan and i just got new sidekick Lx 2009 but the phone doesn't work at all with my sim card i have no service at all time do i need the data plan to be able to use that phone????

    [PHP] Simple voting/rank system?

    I'd like to introduce a voting system for a particular table. Users will be able to vote 'up' and 'down' on each row and this will increase/decrease points of corresponding record. I am OK with the first bit, but I would also like to cap the voting for, say, 3 votes an hour for each IP address...

    HTML/CSS layout problem?

    How can I create a layout such that there are two divs - menu on the left and contents on the right - such that the menu is fixed width, and contents extend to the right end of the window? Anything I've tried so far resulted in two divs one below the other. Any ideas?
