I did call my own number and activate it there but how do I set up the one embed in the phone application?

I know you can unlock an iPhone 4 with ultrasn0w but I need to JB my phone to do that and i'm not a fan of JB. Is there any other way? Or can I at least unlock with ultrasn0w then remove JB and it will still be unlocked?
