How can I “draw” on a movie? I need to “draw” on a movie (simple homemade movie format) and im looking for a simple and quick way to doing it. Can somebody please help me out with this cuz I’m clueless? … I am buying a second hand graphic tablet, does this help? P.S: Please no movie maker...
