do workouts of sprinting 300m 6 times in a track or a 300,200,100 4 times in a track..thats on endurance... for speed do 150m 8 times in a track...but go 3/4 speed on the workouts
im a freshman n im running a 12.02 100m n a 24.27 200m. every year i shave off 2 secs from my 200 time n .84 from my 100. do you think i can still lower them?
