Its a 26 1/4" tire and tube (yes, I am sure the tube is 26 1/4" too).
The thing that really irks me is that I have changed this tire before and it wasnt that hard!!

When I ride by myself I do my 16 mile route in about 35 minutes. I get up to 41 mph and average 19-20 mph
