Where are these "American People" that WANT corporations to not pay taxes?!? The bigger entitlements for the rich are tax breaks and economic/monetary policy like low interest rates. You can't deny the poor benefit disproportionately well relative to the rich with social security and medicare.

It's most likely the $55 total with html. Kinda like having a $40 plan + $15 html added on. All speculation at this point.
