Jail time for a first offense dui with a hit and run charge?

I know some states won't allow you to plead no contest. I am in Florida, not sure of the law. I am not trying to fight this dui charge with property damage. What really is the difference between pleading guilty and pleading no contest? Thanx for your help.

I am looking for a hatchback to drive. Something good on gas and dependable. However, I only have $2000 to spare. Is this a rip off or do you think it is an okay deal? The car has never been wrecked, gets 35+ mpg. Thanks for your opinions :))

I am considering buying a 94' Honda Passport 4x4 with 150,000 miles on it for $2000. Is this over-priced? The body & interior are in good condition. I don't know too much about the engine or if these vehicles are pretty dependable or not. (I am on the road alot) I haven't heard too many...
