    Ive had a letter from DVLA asking for me to have my car VIC.?

    I brought a car in good faith about 6 weeks ago and have just recieved a letter in the post saying that before they can issue me with a V5C i must apply to VOSA for a VIC. I am unsure what this means and is a bit concerned about this.
