Every company's announcements about releases is purposely vague. You need a better argument than that. I'm not defending Nokia (because I don't care) but you must realize that most device manufacturer's fall into the same pattern.
I'm impressed the Iphone 3G S also supports 7.2 Mbps HSDPA as opposed to 3.6 Mbps for the N97. I was really hoping for the faster speed support on the Nokia
