    If it's hunter, the judge isn't judging you. You could ride backwards and it wouldn't matter (or maybe it would--that might be a little extreme!). The key is to ride in a way that best shows off your horse--so you don't want to look sloppy. Also, bad riding will make your horse perform worse...

    I think you will be fine there. The camp is advertised for beginners, and they know that "beginner" includes people who have barely ridden or have very little experience. You may not be as "advanced" as the other "beginners," but you're all there to learn--and since it is a beginner camp, no one...

    Do you have to know anything about horse to go to a horse camp?

    It really depends on the camp. Just make sure you check and see if they offer camps/classes for beginners. If it's for advanced riders only, don't go, but most camps have classes for riders of all levels. The point of the beginner camps is for you to learn, not to come in as an expert :).
