    Things don't just go poopy....just download the latest version of iTunes and reinstall it. If that doesn't work, your speakers/sound card has kicked the bucket.

    no. HTML is a coding language used for web pages on The Internet and a URL is just the location of your website disguised as an easy to remember name. (the URL of this website is "answers.yahoo.com" but it's real location is an IP address on some server somewhere).
