My brother has the same problem too. He recently cancelled Bell & sign up to another provider. Bell sent him a bill,A panelty charge for over a month (over $100) to get out of the Bell sXXt.

I don't know about their tv service but with the internet sucks. years ago if you complain, things get fixed. Now adays,your situation got worse. It all started when I got so much offers from other phone providers for a lot cheaper phone charge + internet charge. Unfortunately I cannot just walk...
