I'm a 24 year old girl who lives in Los Angeles. I've never ridden before and don't plan on using it on the freeway. It'd be more of a bike to use when just riding around town. I'm just curious if this bike would be a good bike to start out with? By the way, I'm 5'3" and weigh about 115 pounds...
