actually primitive camping is just camping without the luxuries many people have gone to now a days. now piped water no electricity no sanitary facilities. Is there a particular reason you want to know (would it be a deal breaker to be infertile?) you can check with your gyn, they can check a few blood tests to give you a general idea but its not a guarantee that you are or are not fertile.

take another test first thing tomorrow morning any hcg in your system will have built up over night and be more concentrate in your urine then. if it's still negative call your dr so you can maybe get a blood test and find out why you haven't started your period yet.
