It took many tries before I found that boat. Just clear the hospital, and the cops just outside the door. Then run straight out the door, and through a hole in the fence and keep running off the pier. You will probably land on the boat. Chopper and police boats can't keep up.

You could'nt care less???? what if it was drawn by a 1st grader? Considering animation is basically what a Cartoon is I would say its fairly improtant. I think a toons should have Good animation as well as good story & characters.
