ok. so i need a hiphop song with a good beat that is easy to dance to. I really want this dance to have a theme. the dancers that are doing this are pretty good but nothing great. if you could tell me a song and the theme that goes with it that would be great! THANKS!

the song has to be slower or a song i can do a lyrical dance to. i kinda want the song to be about like breaking out of your shell or being trapped or something of that nature. im a good leaper so something i can do some leaps in thanks!
