it's tropical, my filter broke so i am getting a new one, not sure wheather to ger a stronger one or a weaker one, there is none my tanks size, if I get a stronger one what fish would be able to cope with the strong current it would make?

The tank is 7 gallons or so; its filtered, (the filter has an aerator) heated, lighted and has plenty of live plants & an ornament they can hide in. So how many female Betta's could i put in there? if I can only keep one betta, could i keep any different type of fish with her? Thanks :) what...
