    how to stop swallowing mucus

    If you have a build up of mucus in the mouth or throat and cant get rid of it sip some cold water with ice in it and it will help . It normally takes about 5 to 10 mins to work. try it. It seems to make nose blowing alot easier as well as it thins the mucus..
