I hate Rogers & their really annoying over-charge on GB usage per month. I've gotten up to over $50 charge now & this is ridiculous. Is there any way to check where all this over usage comes from, so I can avoid these sites or reduce this?

I tried to Google but it seems that you have to be 19+ for almost all of them and/or pay by credit card (which none of us really have). It basically limits us & it's so hard to find one. :( Me & my friends want to hit up Toronto & eat at a restaurant for a birthday. The type of restaurant we are...

I am looking through all the nice fine dining restaurants (http://www.dine.to/) & all of them say: "Payment: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Diner's Club, Bank Cards, Travellers Cheques". Are they just saying the available transactions or do they actually ALL do not accept cash? ._.

I'd like to hear from both sides, please give your reasoning?
