    im anemic and gym is so hard, i'm so tired..help?

    my class mocks me because i'm just so tired and can't do the acivities ): i'm weak and tired all the time and when we run i have to stop because it feels like i'm going to collapse after like 30 seconds and this guy always yells LILY JUST KEEP RUNNING FOR GODS SAKE.
