I have the htc vevo 4g for sprint with the built in camera on the front on it. I want to video skype with people. I dowloaded skype and it only lets me call or chat. When I call it just shows a picture of them and i can here them talk but no video. How do I use the video chat??

When I open the browser is says "this is a wi-fi service please ensure your device has an active wi-fi connection and try again." I dont want to use wi-fi i want to use my internet from my cell phone service sprint. I have the sprint internet setting turned on. Please help
